KTI will conduct a “seminar” in your office or home explaining the importance of the digestive system to immunity and how simple changes to the diet can help reduce sickness and inflammation. Ten healthy, delicious recipes included to help you get started! This is for advice purposes only and does not include individualized or group nutrition assessment and is not meant to formulate a customized plan for medical nutrition therapy.

Immersion for Two Weeks

If you would like to get a powerful kick start on the best meal planning options for you and your family, KTI will work with you for two weeks for a flat rate. This plan encompasses a detailed step-by-step process that starts with a clear understanding of your current lifestyle and nutritional habits and the obstacles keeping you from eating healthy foods.  After two weeks, you can expect to walk away with a realistic plan that will enable you to make the changes you desire. This option is for general healthy eating options and is not meant to formulate a customized nutrition plan for the purposes of medical nutrition therapy.

Consult your doctor before making any major changes to your diet or exercise plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Making effective dietary changes can take some time. Many people find that they need ongoing support emotionally and mentally and others simply need regular sessions to keep them accountable. Maybe you just need a “reset” and you’re off and running! How long we work together is up to you! But in our experience, long lasting changes usually require about six or seven sessions that start with education/skill-building while incorporating goals and action items. Science has shown that it really takes about two months for a good habit to truly “stick”!

Unfortunately, we are not taking insurance at this time. However, we can always provide a superbill with diagnosis and procedure codes for you to submit to your insurance company. Most insurance companies will cover claims for dietary services.

Going back and forth on email is usually not very productive and, many times, emails will often prompt more questions. But don’t worry! You can schedule with us in time increments as small as 15 minutes and sending questions by email ahead of time is a great way to make sure the consultation is quick and informative! At the end of each consultation, we will always try to schedule follow-ups to ensure consistent contact and an opportunity to ask questions.
